Will I receive notifications when new candidates apply for my job?
Yes, we will notify you via email when new candidate profiles are added to the dashboard. Additionally, we will also notify companies when a candidate sends a Message to you.
Can I post multiple Jobs at once?
Yes, you can post multiple job requirements at ZERO cost. You can hire any number of candidates through our platform. We only request companies to inform us once they hired a candidate so that we can create testimonials and spread awareness about us (there is NO hidden cost).
Is there a minimum stipend or CTC requirement?
Our platform exclusively allows students who possess prior project or internship experience. That is why, we only allow Job posts with a minimum of INR 3 LPA CTC & Internship posts with a minimum stipend of INR 5000/month
Is there any assistance available during the hiring process?
Yes, you will be allocated a dedicated hiring manager after you have posted your Job on the platform. The hiring manager will assist you with any issues that you may face during the hiring process.
Is it possible to filter applications based on year of graduation, domain, and location when posting a job?
